Frankie Belle and Kono Lulu

Dipped in Blue was founded in 2018 by Frankie Belle and Kono Lulu, inspired by a shared connection to the Malibu coastline and its surrounding culture. Raised by the water, their perspective is grounded in an understanding of swimwear as both functional and expressive.
 
The brand draws on familiar silhouettes, refining them through subtle shifts in proportion, material, and detail. The result is a collection that feels considered, effortless, and quietly distinct.
 
Designed and produced in Los Angeles, Dipped in Blue remains rooted in its origins while continuing to expand globally.
